New Development Program Directors

Ensemble Offspring is thrilled to introduce two pivotal roles that promise to elevate the cultural landscape and artistic integrity of the organisation. We welcome Kaleena Smith as our First Nations Director and Jason Noble as the Hatched Academy Director.

Kaleena Smith - First Nations Director

Kaleena Smith, a proud Wiradjuri/Yorta Yorta woman, brings a wealth of experience as a musician, educator, and advocate for First Nations artists. With an extensive background, including 25 years as a performer with the Stiff Gins, Kaleena has had the privilege of working as the First Nations Development Coordinator at MusicNSW. She is also a member of the Contemporary Music Board for Create NSW. In her role as First Nations Director with Ensemble Offspring, Kaleena will lead the streams of Ensemble Offspring’s First Nations Program, and provide creative insights to further the ensemble’s collaboration with Australia’s Indigenous community.
